How much does Shed Select cost?

Does Shed Select post to Facebook Marketplace for me?
Meta does not offer an official way for software to post Marketplace listings from your personal profile, and bots break Facebook rules and get accounts banned. Shed Select writes the listing for you (title, price, description and photos) so you can post it in about a minute, reminds you when to renew, and runs ads that show on Marketplace through Meta's official ad tools.
What ads can I run?
Facebook and Instagram lead ads with an instant form, Click-to-Messenger ads, and boosted posts, shown in Feed, Stories, Reels and the Marketplace placement. Pick a building from your inventory and the ad is filled in with its photos, size, price and monthly payment.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta from your own payment method, so you own the ad account and see every dollar.
How does the dealer CRM work?
Leads from lead ads, Messenger, Instagram DMs and your Shed Select quote pages land in one list with the building, size and delivery details. You get an alert, Instant Follow-Up can reply for you, and you can move buyers from New to Quoted, Lot Visit and Sold.
Can I promote rent-to-own buildings?
Yes. Your listings and ads can show the cash price and the rent-to-own monthly payment. Ads that promote financing or credit may fall under Meta's special ad category rules, which limit some targeting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your account or by contacting support and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need marketing experience?
No. Shed Select is built for dealers and lot managers, not marketers. The AI writes the ads and listings, and our team is a phone call away.
Is my data safe?
